Coupon Usage

Coupons are promotional codes that provide discounts or special pricing on selected products. Each coupon may have specific conditions, including validity date, minimum purchase amount, or product/category limitations. Customers can apply the code during checkout, and if eligible, the discount will reflect immediately. Some coupons work only on prepaid orders and may not be valid for Cash on Delivery. Misuse or repeated use of one-time coupons may lead to automatic cancellation.

Offer Terms

Offers may include price discounts, festive deals, free shipping, combo pricing, or cashbacks. All offers are valid only for a limited time and may change without prior notice based on stock availability. Bismi Furniture holds the right to modify or remove any offer at any time. Offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically mentioned. Once an order is placed with an offer, the same offer cannot be reapplied to a cancelled or modified order.

Expired or Invalid Coupons

Expired coupons cannot be reactivated under any circumstance. If a coupon or offer becomes invalid due to system errors, customers may contact our support team for assistance. Coupons found to be misused, duplicated, or shared for unauthorized purposes may lead to order cancellation or account restrictions for security reasons.

Cancelled Orders

If an order using a coupon is cancelled by the customer, the coupon value will not be refunded or reissued. If the order is cancelled by the company due to stock unavailability, a refund will be processed only for the amount paid, excluding coupon benefit. This policy helps maintain fair usage of discount systems for all customers.
