Bismi Furniture provides delivery across Tamil Nadu and select locations in India. Our delivery network continues to expand, and customers may check availability during checkout. We take great care in packing products securely to ensure safe handling during transport. Some locations may require additional delivery time due to distance or logistics limitations, but our team always strives to deliver as early as possible. Customers will be informed if their location is temporarily unavailable for delivery.

Delivery Time & Processing

Delivery duration depends on product availability, order size, and destination. Ready-stock furniture and smaller items are usually delivered within 3–10 working days, while customized furniture or made-to-order products may require 10–30 working days for manufacturing and finishing. Once an order is confirmed, the customer will receive estimated delivery dates. During festival seasons or unexpected transport delays, delivery may take longer, and customers will be notified accordingly.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are based on product weight, size, and delivery location. The applicable delivery cost will be shown at checkout before the customer completes payment. Some products may come with free delivery offers, especially during promotional events or festive discounts. If the customer is eligible for free delivery, it will be automatically applied, and no additional charges will be collected at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking & Updates

Once the order has been dispatched, customers may receive tracking details or a delivery confirmation call from our logistics partner. Our team ensures continuous communication until the product reaches the customer safely. If the customer is not available to receive the delivery, our partner may schedule another attempt. Continuous non-availability or incorrect address details may lead to re-delivery charges or cancellation of the order.

Damaged or Wrong Delivery

If a customer receives a damaged product, missing item, or wrong product, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Customers should share photos or videos of the damage so our quality team can take quick action. After verification, a replacement or service will be arranged based on the nature of the issue. We request customers to check the product at delivery time to avoid delays in complaint processing.
